About me

Éva Tamara Kiss

Clinical Psychologist | Clinical Psychologist Specializing in Addiction Counseling | Schema Therapy Consultant (in training)

I believe that real change begins when the unspoken is finally put into words.

My work focuses on self-awareness, a resolving internal blockages, and raising awareness of relationship patterns I am convinced that when someone understands how they function—the patterns carried over from the past, the situations that repeat themselves in the present—the energy that enables real change and growth in their life is unleashed.

What really motivates me

The power of words.
The spoken and unspoken sentences.
Words that are supportive, hurtful, comforting, or even provocative.

Our communication reveals much more about us than we might think—and it often shapes our relationships, our decisions, and our self-esteem without us even realizing it. I believe that as we become more aware of how we speak—to others and to ourselves, then real change will begin there.

My approach to collaborative work

The goal is not to “dissect” the past, but rather to become clear, why this is happening.
In many cases, the answers are already there—they just haven't come together into a whole yet.

One of the most inspiring moments for me is when the “picture comes together” for the client:
when the pieces of the puzzle fall into place, bringing with them a sense of ease, clarity, and the inner strength needed to move forward.

Professional background and methods

In addition to my work as a psychologist, I have gained experience in several complementary fields, which I apply in both individual and group sessions.
